Submit your completed tax forms and your payment using mailing labels we provide

3. Leave the rest up to us!

  • Calculate your employee’s pay and prepare a customized withholding statement detailing the employer contribution and employee withholding by pay period. This statement summarizes your quarterly and annual nanny tax costs.
  • Register you as an employer with the IRS and with your state
  • Provide you with signature ready employee registration forms including federal and state W-4 forms, and immigration form I-9
  • Notify state agencies of your new employee as required by federal law
  • Send you complete, signature-ready state employer tax forms, or eFile the state reports and electronically schedule your state payments
  • Send you complete, signature-ready end-of-year employer reporting and reconciliation forms, including W-2, W-3, Schedule H and state forms
