What you do:

Complete a simple registration form
Sign your completed tax forms, attach a check, and mail the forms using mailing labels we provide

What we do:

Registration Services
Prepare a customized withholding statement detailing your employee's net and gross pay and weekly, quarterly and annual nanny taxes
Complete the forms to register you as an employer with the IRS, State Department of Revenue and State Unemployment Office
Complete employee registration forms including federal and state W-4 forms, and immigration form I-9
Notify state agencies of your new employee as required by federal law

$100 one-time registration fee

Nanny Tax Preparation Services
Send you complete, signature-ready, quarterly state employer tax forms
Send you complete, signature-ready, end-of-year employer reporting and reconciliation forms, including W-2, W-3, Schedule H and state forms
Help you benefit from tax credits available to people paying nanny taxes
Solve your nanny tax problems, including government inquiries
Monitor nanny tax changes affecting you

$400 annual fee
